Earlier this week, Pergear introduced new CFexpress Sort B playing cards that mix efficiency and value. There are three new classes of playing cards: Lite, Professional and Extremely.
Beginning with probably the most reasonably priced playing cards, the Pergear Lite CFexpress Sort B playing cards. These are available in 64GB and 128GB sizes, costing $65 and $99, respectively. The 64GB card has a most write velocity of 90 MB/s and max learn velocity of 300 MB/s. The 128GB card considerably ups the efficiency with a max learn velocity of 1,000 MB/s and max write velocity of 250 MB/s.
Step one-up possibility are the Professional playing cards. The 256GB model has 1,200 MB/s learn and 400 MB/s write speeds with improved sustained efficiency in comparison with the Lite playing cards. The 512GB capability card has an improved write velocity of 700 MB/s. The 256GB Professional card is $139, and the 512GB Professional card is $199.
Rounding out the lineup are the Extremely playing cards. These are 1TB and 2TB playing cards with max learn velocity of 1,600 MB/s and max write velocity of 1,400 MB/s. The Extremely playing cards promise sustained write velocity of 1,300 MB/s. This efficiency is in keeping with Angelbird’s 1TB and 2TB second-gen CFexpress Sort B playing cards. These playing cards value $480 and $960, whereas Pergear’s new Extremely 1TB and 2TB playing cards are $399 and $599.
